1-Question on registration: 
I have already registered on-line and my register code is 0870, but cannot remember my password and/or user-name and get back on-line to my registration. Can you please help me in obtaining the password and/or username or issuing me a new password or let me change my password so that I can get to this site?
Answer: Username and password were set by you upon your first registration, and should be kept by yourself properly. We have no right to get to know them. Once you forgot, we can figure them out or issue you new ones by halting the website service for a few hours. However, you are strongly recommended to register again to avoid the situation when other delegates may be trying to register on-line, pay on-line or read details on-line.

2-Question on on-line payment:
I tried to pay my registration fee and hotel deposit on-line but in the end the screen said that my Business Visa card was denied by the Bank of China, what should I do?
Answer: If that happened, please download the form (Credit card info.) then send it to me after filling out.

3-Question on hotel reservation:
Answer: Hotel reservation through the congress secretariat will be confirmed via e-mail upon receipt of your Hotel Reservation Formand payment of $100 hotel deposit within 10 days. Hotel confirmation letter will be sent to you upon request after having been confirmed by the congress secretariat, otherwise it will be sent to you along with other two documents for your visa application.

4-Question on your documents for visa application
Answer: Three documents are needed for your visa application

1. the hotel confirmation letter from the hotel management;
2. an invitation letter to the congress from the congress secretariat;
3. an invitation letter for visa application granted by the Provincial foreign affairs office.

The granting procedure of the third document usually takes at least 10 days, is very time-consuming, and needs more information of delegates (A letter to delegates). Therefore, we strongly suggest delegates provide us correct information listed in A letter to delegates as soon as possible to make sure to get your visa in time. If you have changed your passport number or you registered on-line with your ID number other than your passport number, please inform us at your earliest convenience to avoid mistake.

5-Question on tour programs
As requested, BT4-HLB special scientific tour was added to tour programs, but BT2 and BT3 were cancelled owing to few participants until Aug. For details such as the date and the city, every tour begins and ends, and how about the itinerary, the quotation, please clicks here (tour programs).
In tour reservation (tour reservation form), please send an e-mail to the congress secretariat via icc2008@mail.hzau.edu.cn, or register on-line. However, please also forward a mail to the travel agency via whcts2008@yahoo.cn, Miss Flora from the agency will contact you with regarding tour things (contact the travel agency).

7-Question on invoice
An invoice will be sent to delegate upon request or will be picked up by delegate himself during registration on-site. For those who asked an invoice, please inform the congress secretariat about the amount and the institution that should be listed on the invoice.
